We are a Singapore listed manufacturing group, which is principally engaged in the provision of Electronics Manufacturing Services ("EMS") to leading global consumer and industrial brands. Financial Controller (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)

Listed manufacturing group with footprint across Asia Pacific

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team

Ensure monthly financial and management reports are accurately presented in accordance with company guidelines and internal control policies

Partner with operation team to drive efficiency and ongoing process improvement in day-to-day manufacturing operations

Perform cost analysis and provide commentary on businesses to the headquarter

Ensure all compliance and regulations as met within the PRC

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/Business with CPA qualification

At least 10 years of relevant working experience with 3 years at managerial position, gained from sizable electronic manufacturing company

Former experience in a sizable audit firm is preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and independently

Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, strong business acumen

Project management experience in internal control, accounting, or systems

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
