(Senior) Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of the company's owned vessels or time-chartered vessels, coordinatingwithcharterers/shipowners,agents,suppliers,andotherrelevantpartiestoensure smooth and fast vesseloperation;

• Selecthigh-qualitysuppliersandagentsforcooperation,calculatetheprofit and lossofvesselvoyage execution to ensure maximumprofit;

• Responsible for the execution of charter contracts after signing, coordinating with charterers to ensure smooth voyage execution, and resolving disputes and issues that may arise during the voyage;

• Responsible for the review, proofreading, and filing of relevant shippingdocuments.

Duties:

• Responsible for the operation and management of the company's own ships or chartered ships, coordinate with charterers/buyers, agents, suppliers and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth and rapid operation of the ships;

• Choose high-quality suppliers and agents for cooperation, calculate the shipping voyage execution efficiency, and ensure maximum profit;

• Responsible for the execution of the charter party contract after signing, coordinating with the charterer to ensure the smooth execution of the voyage, and independently resolving any disputes and problems that may arise during the voyage;

• Responsible for the review, proofreading, and archiving of shipping documents related to vessels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoringin International Shipping/Transportation Management/Maritime Law/International Trade/Logistics Management arepreferred;

• Minimum 3years working experience in a similar position, experience in operating Time Charter/Time-Charter-Trip and Voyage Charter is a must, more experience can be considered as Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager;

• Fluentin Mandarin and English, able to communicate with internationalagents and suppliers in both languages (verbal and written);

• Great communication skills andresilience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, international shipping/traffic management/sea law/international trade/logistics management, etc. are preferred;

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to communicate orally and in writing with domestic and foreign agents and suppliers in Chinese and English;

• Good communication and expression skills and stress resistance.
