Duties:
1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining LP relationships, maintaining good communication with market-based GP, family offices, brokers, investment banks, etc. institutions or high net worth individuals;
2. Responsible for preparing fundraising materials such as offering circulars, roadshow PPTs, etc., accurately communicating the fund's investment strategy, advantages, and potential returns.
3. Organize and participate in various fundraising roadshow activities, have in-depth communication and negotiations with potential investors, answer investors' questions, and promote investment intentions.
4. Investor relations maintenance - establish and maintain good investor relations, regularly report to investors on the fund's operating situation, investment progress and financial position.
5. Organize investor activities, such as investment seminars, project inspections, etc., to enhance investors' trust and recognition of the fund.
Requirements:

3. 5 years of financial industry experience; those with investor relations (IR) and investment banking experience are preferred;
4. Understand overseas capital markets and investment environment; familiar with fundraising business process, regulatory policies, etc.;
5. Work detail-oriented and serious, strong in coordination and communication, able to withstand work pressure, and able to accept business trips.
