Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms, including changing bed sheets, pillowcases, towels and floor cloths, ensuring the room is clean, comfortable and meets the hotel's sanitation standards.
- Supplement various guest supplies in the room, such as bathing supplies, tea bags, coffee, mineral water, etc., and check if they are placed in a standardized and unified manner.
- Inspect the floor you are responsible for and report any abnormalities in room facilities (such as broken light fixtures, dripping faucets, loose furniture, etc.) to engineering or other relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- In accordance with the needs of the front desk and concierge, execute quick check-out cleaning (Turn Down), adding beds, special arrangements (such as birthday/memorial day scenes) and other temporary tasks.
Work requirements
- Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, able to handle basic physical labor such as standing, bending, and moving; no contagious diseases, those with valid health certificates are preferred.
- Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand daily instructions; those who understand simple English conversation or writing (such as identifying English labels, filling out cleaning records) are especially good.
- No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those who have worked in hotels, the service industry or the cleaning industry, or those who hold a hotel service certificate, will be given priority.
