Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Driver

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering goods to the specified location on time according to the order requirements, including residential buildings, commercial buildings, office buildings and retail shops;
Execute receiving and delivery operations in both directions, verify the number, specifications and external appearance of the goods, and obtain customer signature or electronic confirmation;
Properly store and manage delivery vehicles (such as electric scooters, light-duty trucks, etc.) and related equipment, regularly check the basic operating state, and ensure safe attendance;
Handle simple customer inquiries and on-site coordination matters, such as unclear addresses and unable to contact recipients, etc., immediately report to the supervisor and adjust delivery arrangements according to instructions;

Requirements:

Aged 18 or above, holding a valid Hong Kong driving license (light goods vehicle or motorcycle category, depending on the actual vehicle), and with good road safety awareness;
Able to adapt to outdoor work environment, not afraid of wind and rain and high temperature, with basic physical load-bearing ability (such as moving general packages and cardboard boxes, with a weight of no more than 25 kg);
Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to clearly understand customer instructions and express basic service information; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus;
Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, no serious traffic violation record, able to independently complete daily delivery tasks and follow the company's operating rules;
Familiar with the main areas of Hong Kong and the distribution of housing estates is preferred, those with logistics, express or retail delivery experience are also welcome to apply.
