Hong Kong Immigration Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional Hong Kong immigration and study planning consultation services to customers, covering the High Talent Pass Program, the Outstanding Talent Program, the IANG visa (non-local graduate Hong Kong employment arrangement), etc. major pathways, helping customers evaluate qualifications, sort application materials and develop personalized solutions.

• Full follow-up on customer application progress, coordinate document preparation, submission, supplementation and interview arrangements, and improve application success rate and processing efficiency.

Work requirements

• Have fluent Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and be able to communicate deeply with mainland customers in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner; those who can reach a basic level of work communication in Cantonese and English are preferred.

• Familiar with the application conditions, approval standards, common rejection reasons and response strategies of Hong Kong's high talent pass, excellent talent, IANG and other talent visa categories, those with actual case experience or relevant industry background (such as immigration consultants, education intermediaries, human resources, legal compliance) are preferred.

• Have excellent logical analysis and problem-solving skills, be able to quickly clarify customer background highlights and potential risks, and propose practical and feasible planning paths.

• Have self-motivation and continuous learning awareness, be able to actively track policy changes, participate in professional training, and adapt to a fast-paced, multi-task parallel work mode.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in comprehensively evaluating their own qualifications, sorting out application documents required, and formulating personalized application plans based on personal background (such as academic qualifications, work experience, language ability, family situation, etc.) that are both targeted and feasible;

• In-depth interpretation of the Hong Kong Immigration Department's latest policy trends, approval standards and practical operation practices, regularly update the internal knowledge base, and ensure that all recommendations comply with current regulations and actual approval trends;

• Follow up with customers on application progress, coordinate and streamline the preparation, submission, follow-up, and interview scheduling of application documents, effectively improving application success rate and overall processing efficiency;

• Through online lectures, social group sharing, one-on-one in-depth consultation, etc., to conduct customer education, popularize the key points of Hong Kong's talent introduction policy, establish professional trust, and enhance public awareness and decision-making confidence.

Benefits

• Monthly salary range: HKD$19,000 – $30,000 (depending on experience and ability);

• Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui;

• Working hours: 5 days per week;

• Employment type: Full-time;

• Accept applications from individuals with multiple valid work permits in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong permanent residents, Talent Immigration Scheme, Quality Immigration Scheme, IANG, Dependent visa, and other qualified work permits.
