Job Description

We are a company focused on innovative charging solutions, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive part-time technical operations assistant to join our team and help us handle daily operations and technical support work.

Main responsibilities:

Outdoor patrol and support: Regularly visit our cooperative merchants in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories to ensure that our charging equipment is running smoothly and provide instant after-sales follow-up services.
Equipment maintenance and management: Responsible for handling charging devices and daily maintenance, simple repairs and replacements, and assisting the team in equipment inventory management and allocation.
Team collaboration: Execute other operational tasks assigned by the team, and become an important member of our front-line operations.

Entry Requirements:

Second 5 or above.
Have good Cantonese communication skills, be able to handle basic English and Mandarin conversations.
No work experience required, welcome fresh graduates or those looking for part-time opportunities.
Active and proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle outdoor work independently.
Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Interested in electronic products or technical support will be given priority.

Job Details:

Position type: Part-time
Salary: Hourly rate $65-$80
Working location: Mainly outdoor work, need to visit merchants in various regions of Hong Kong and Kowloon (office is located in Tsim Sha Tsui).
Working hours: Time flexibility, you can negotiate the number of working days and time each week, suitable for those who need flexible work arrangements.
