Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle comprehensive administration of Compensation and Benefits, which includes but not limited to payroll, MPF, staff insurances, staff benefits reimbursements claim, leave record, annual employer’s return, etc.
  • Responsible for the leave applications’ administration in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Support the logistics in both the onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Prepare timely reports and draft letters, memoranda or proposals as and when required by the supervisors
  • Assist in filing of HR-related documents, both in physical and electronic formats
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned by the Company from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or the equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in compensation and benefits function and experienced in handling administration of payroll, MPF, staff insurance and annual employer’s return
  • Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment & MPF ordinances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and specifically in Excel functions
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Highly attentive to details, strong sense in numbers, strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, high integrity, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, good team player
