Night security guard

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for night-time patrols of the Cheng and He property, including various floors of the building, parking lot, entrances and exits, and public facilities, to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

• Strictly enforce visitor registration, verify identity, record visit information and follow up on release procedures, and maintain resident privacy and building entry and exit safety management.

• Handle resident and customer complaints and inquiries immediately, maintain a professional attitude and good communication, and report and coordinate follow-up actions if necessary.

• Monitor the operation of the closed-circuit television system, pay attention to abnormal activities or potential risks, and activate response measures according to the procedure.

Work requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the basic qualifications of the local security personnel license (issued by the Hong Kong Police Department), and be willing to cooperate with the company to complete the relevant registration and renewal procedures.

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to express and understand daily instructions clearly; at the same time, you need to have basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities to cope with diverse residents and emergency situations.

• Must be able to adapt to night shift scheduling (usually from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), working six days a week with a 12-hour workday.

• Must comply with the property management company's service rules and security discipline, respect the rights of residents, keep customer data confidential, and give priority to those with no criminal record.
