Job Description
The Admin Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and supporting the management team. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle administrative duties, coordinate office activities, and assist with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, leave tracking, and onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare reports, and internal communications as required.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and partners for office and facility management needs.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed across all administrative activities.
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle incoming inquiries or requests.
  • Contribute to organizing company events, meetings, or workshops.
  • Assist in coordinating product shipments, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage shipment documentation, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Maintain organized records of shipment details, invoices, and related paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative or logistics coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
