Chief Financial Management (Capital Raising and Investment Direction)

Duties:
1. Fully responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's financial strategy, and assisting the CEO in formulating and promoting the company's medium and long-term development strategy;
2. Lead the company through multiple rounds of financing (A/B/C rounds), including financing scheme design, financial model construction, due diligence assistance, investor matching and negotiation;
3. Lead or deeply participate in the IPO process (Hong Kong Stock Exchange / NASDAQ / Science and Technology Innovation Board), coordinate and coordinate intermediary institutions (brokers, auditors, law firms);
4. Manage the financial team, improve organizational efficiency, and cultivate a high-performance professional team;
5. Interface with external capital markets, audit, tax and other institutions, maintain good relationships;
6. Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and advice for business decisions, and enhance the financial support capability for business;
7. Participate in company governance, compliance management and capital structure optimization, and assist in pushing up enterprise valuation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics or related fields, with CPA/ACCA preferred;


4. Have experience in pushing companies from 0 to 1, familiar with the listing process, policies and regulations, and compliance management;
5. Familiar with domestic and international accounting standards, have capital market awareness and excellent financial strategic thinking;
6. Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and strategic vision, able to make judgments in high uncertainty environments;
