Bar manager / Server

Duties:

4. Responsible for employee training, performance coaching, and team building, continuously improving team professional skills and service levels.

5. Maintain the bar environment, equipment and operating order, ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

1. Outgoing personality, excellent communication and coordination skills, and customer interaction techniques.

2. Responsibility, proactivity, and team leadership, the ability to solve problems under pressure and motivate the team.

3. Have solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bartending skills, those with bar management or relevant experience are preferred.

4. Able to adapt to shift work, night work and fast-paced work environment, strong stress resistance.

5. Full of enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, willing to continue learning and pursuing professional growth.
