Regulatory compliance execution, internal control process design, risk assessment, compliance review and reporting, employee compliance training
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full execution and supervision of various financial regulatory laws and internal compliance policies, ensuring that the company's business operations continue to meet the latest requirements of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities and Futures Commission and other relevant regulatory agencies.
Lead the design, optimization and implementation of internal control process architecture, covering key processes such as business entry, transaction approval, data management, and system permission control, and enhance operational resilience and risk defense capabilities.
Regularly conduct cross-departmental risk assessment work, identify, quantify and grade operating, legal, reputational and operational risks, and propose specific risk mitigation measures and follow-up mechanisms.
Perform daily compliance reviews, including product documentation, marketing promotion materials, customer agreements, and internal communications; timely compile and submit compliance monitoring reports to senior management and the compliance committee.
Plan and implement employee compliance training, design practical case courses for different functional groups, strengthen the awareness and behavioral norms of all employees, and track the training effectiveness and knowledge implementation status.
Requirements:
Have the ability to identify risks and design internal control processes, be able to write independently policy documents, risk control matrices and compliance operating instructions, logical and clear and attention to details.
Good Cantonese communication and writing skills, able to handle Chinese compliance documents, meeting minutes and external communications fluently; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Have basic office software operation skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and be able to use data tools to assist risk analysis and report presentation is even better.
Credible and stable, strong sense of responsibility, able to effectively coordinate departmental resources in a multitasking environment, and proactive in discovering problems and driving improvements.
