Junior Recruitment Consultant (Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter)

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer's recruitment needs, clarify job responsibilities and skills requirements.

• Read and screen a large number of resumes, and find out the talents that meet the conditions.

• Coordinate the interview time between enterprise customers and candidates, and provide feedback from both sides after the interview.

• Assist with completing the registration process to ensure candidates are smoothly on board.

• Regularly track candidates’ adaptation after entry, ensuring talent stability.

Requirements

• Language skills: Fluent Cantonese, good English reading and communication skills, and good Mandarin listening and speaking abilities.

• Experience requirement: Welcome fresh graduates with recruitment, consulting, sales or customer service experience; also welcome job seekers who aspire to transition to the professional recruitment field.

• Core qualities: High sense of responsibility and goal-oriented thinking, able to independently push forward multiple positions to be synchronized; excellent interpersonal sensitivity and empathy, good at building trust relationships; clear logic and precise word expression; strong stress resistance and fast adaptation to a results-oriented work environment.
