Compliance Assistant

A. Job Description

· Assist the compliance team in completing the TCSP, ML, MSO, etc. of customers’ compliance document writing and basic review work, ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery items such as AML Report, AML Policy, IRA, etc. By efficiently executing basic processes, support senior colleagues to focus on high-level risk control, system optimization and business expansion, and jointly improve the department’s overall delivery capability and professional level.

II. Employment qualifications

Essential conditions

· Education: Bachelor's degree or above, law, finance, accounting, compliance management, business analysis, etc. related professional preferred

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of Hong Kong and Mainland China compliance/audit/law/risk control-related work experience; outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered

· Language: Proficient in Chinese (written), fluent in English (written) (able to independently write compliant documents)

· Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT; meticulous and careful, with excellent document processing and typesetting abilities

· Qualities: Clear logic, strong learning ability, and team spirit

Priority conditions

• Familiar with Hong Kong's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) and FATF guidelines

• Have experience in providing services to TCSP, ML, MSO and other licensed institutions, or compliance internship experience

• Have basic data analysis skills (such as Excel functions, simple visualization)

• Interested in RegTech and willing to participate in system optimization projects
