Report to: Product Director / R&D Vice President
1. Product Planning and Management (Product Management)
Strategic planning: Responsible for market research, competitive product analysis and technical trend judgment of trustworthy communication products (such as anti-fraud systems, encrypted calls, privacy-protected messages, identity authentication, quantum communication applications, etc.), and formulating product roadmaps.
Requirements definition: In-depth understanding of the communication security and compliance requirements of government and enterprise customers (telecom operators, government, finance, energy, etc.), and output high-quality product requirement documents (PRD) and functional specifications.
Full life cycle management: Lead the product from concept design, development, testing, release to iterative optimization, and be responsible for the market competitiveness, user experience and business success of the product.
2. Project Management and Delivery (Project Management)
Project Management: Serve as the core project manager, develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress, cost, quality and risk, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Resource coordination: Cross-departmental coordination of R&D, testing, operations, sales and pre-sales team resources to solve bottlenecks in project progress.
Agile/Waterfall Management: Flexibly apply agile development (Scrum/Kanban) or traditional waterfall model based on project characteristics, organize stand-up meetings, review meetings and post-mortem meetings.
3. Market and sales support
Solution support: Collaborate with sales teams on major pre-sales technical support, write technical proposals, bids, and conduct product demonstrations.
Customer training: Responsible for training internal teams and external customers on product features, safety characteristics and usage guidelines.
1. Educational background
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred.
Professional: Communication Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, Electronic Information, Cryptography, etc. related fields.
2. Work experience
Years of experience: More than 5 years of communication industry work experience, of which at least 3 years must be product manager or project management experience.
Domain experience:
Must have credible communication, network security or anti-fraud system related project experience.
Applicants with successful case studies of serving government, military, finance, etc., with high security needs are preferred.
Familiar with operator network architecture (4G/5G/6G, IMS, VoLTE/VoNR) and Internet communication protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, etc.).
3. Professional skills
Technical understanding: Deep understanding of communication principles.
Product tools: Proficient in Axure, XMind, Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc. product design and project management tools.
Project Management Certification: Holders of PMP (Project Management Professional), ACP (Agile Certification), or Prince2 certificate are preferred; those with CISP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certificate are highly competitive.
Document ability: Have excellent document writing skills, be able to independently output high-quality PRD, project plan, acceptance report and bidding documents.
4. Comprehensive quality
Communication skills: Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to switch freely between technical language and business language.
Resilience: Adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm of multiple projects and have excellent emergency response abilities.
Sensitivity: High sensitivity to national information security policies and communication industry regulations.
Participated in national or provincial trustworthy communication demonstration project construction.
Familiar with AI applications in communication security (such as AI anti-fraud, abnormal traffic detection)
Have some code reading ability or have developed communication software in the past.
Salary range: 30k-45k·12-14 pay.
