Warehouse Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for goods entering and leaving the warehouse, registration, receipt, shelf, picking and delivery operations, ensuring that the accounts and facts are consistent, and the data is accurate and updated in real time;
- Manage warehouse space according to standard operating procedures (SOP), plan goods placement, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards;
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and sales departments to communicate and coordinate, follow up on order fulfillment progress, and handle abnormal situations (such as goods damage, label errors, and delivery delays) ;
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) or electronic spreadsheet tools, compile and generate inventory reports, inventory details, and weekly/monthly operating summaries.
Work requirements
- Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, those who understand how to read simple English labels or system interfaces are preferred;
- At least one year of warehouse, logistics or retail back-end related work experience, familiar with the characteristics of one of the following goods: cardboard boxes, packaging materials, electronic components or fast-moving consumer goods;
- Able to operate computers and common office software (such as Excel and Word) fluently, those who have experience in using barcode scanners, RF handheld terminals or WMS systems are preferred;
- Responsibility and attention to detail, able to handle repetitive but highly accurate data recording and physical verification work independently;
- Good physical condition, able to handle occasional light cargo handling (generally not exceeding 15 kg), adapt to indoor warehouse environment and shift arrangements (if necessary, support early / mid / late shifts).
