Community Executive

<p><strong>Work responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Maintain and manage the newly established beauty association of the company (members are mostly beauty salon owners)</p><p>• Plan and promote group activities to enhance member participation and interaction</p><p>• Regularly share beauty industry information, company product news, and establish a professional image</p><p>• Build good relationships with different beauty salon owners, promote cooperation and wholesale business</p><p>• Assist in organizing online/offline activities (sharing sessions, lectures, product experiences)</p><p>• Work with the marketing team to write promotional content and design simple promotional materials</p><p>• Collect group member needs and opinions, provide improvement suggestions</p><p></p><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><p>• Have 1 to 3 years of marketing promotion, community operation or business expansion related experience</p><p>• Beauty industry or B2B experience is preferred</p><p>• Good interpersonal communication skills</p><p>• Familiar with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc., social platform operations</p><p>• Good Chinese and English, understanding Cantonese is better</p><p>• Outgoing, detail-oriented, and responsible personality</p>
