<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES:</strong></p><p></p><p>• Conduct Outbound/inbound calls and provide administrative support to Conservation initiatives.</p><p>• Resolve customer grievances in a timely and professional manner</p><p>Other ad hoc duties, as assigned by supervisor(s)</p><p>KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS</p><p>• Meet the turnaround time (TAT) and volume objectives of the assigned conservation program.</p><p>• QA score of outbound call quality.</p><p>• Error rate of the assigned tasks</p><p>• Accuracy, efficiency and productivity of the assigned tasks</p><p></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:</strong></p><p></p><p>• Matriculated or above qualification</p><p>• Over 1 years work experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in Insurance or Customer Service area</p><p>• Excellent Customer Service and Telephone manners</p><p>• Passed IIQE Paper I, III & V or equivalent, with licensing capability for insurance regulated activities, (Prefer)</p><p></p>
