About Global Call
Global Call is a Hong Kong–based B2B telecom and solutions provider, serving SMEs and corporates with mobile, IDD, cloud phone, SMS and connectivity services. We focus on long‑term client relationships, service quality and profitable growth, not just one‑off deals.

What you will do

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of SME / corporate clients in Hong Kong.

  • Prospect via phone, email and WhatsApp to identify decision‑makers and understand their telecom needs.

  • Promote solutions such as mobile plans, IDD, cloud phone / VoIP, internet / 5G broadband, SMS and value‑added services.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals (with support from senior team where needed) and close new business.

  • Manage renewals and upsell additional services to existing customers.

  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline and customer information in our CRM system.

  • Work closely with Customer Service / Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and a great client experience.

Who we are looking for

  • 1–5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, telesales or customer service; strong fresh graduates are also welcome.

  • Confident making outbound calls and talking to decision‑makers (HR, Admin, IT, Finance).

  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and basic English (Mandarin a plus).

  • Resilient, positive and comfortable working with clear targets and activity goals.

  • Honest, team‑oriented and willing to learn the telecom / IT basics – we will train you.

Location & hours

  • Sheung Wan office, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
