Shipping Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a talented Logistics Assistant to join our team at Express Arrival Service Limited in the Hung Hom Kowloon City District area. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our logistics and supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with coordinating and tracking shipments and orders

• Prepare and maintain detailed records and documentation

• Liaise with customers & internal teams to ensure efficient logistics processes

• Support the implementation of logistics procedures and policies

• Provide general administrative support to the logistics department

• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics operations
  

What we're looking for

• Experienced in administrative support role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal & external parties

• Proficient in using MS Office applications

• Ability to work well in a team and independently to meet deadlines
