Work content:
1. Search for mobile resources in Hong Kong, including shops, stalls, mobile phone transfer stations, etc., promote company business, and negotiate and communicate with customers to reach cooperation.
2. Responsible for unfamiliar visits to second-hand mobile phone shops, recyclers, and wholesale markets in various regions of Hong Kong.
4. Maintain old customers, find new customers, and regularly visit them.
5. Later, we need to track the data verification items to ensure timely payment to the customer.
6. Regularly collect industry information, effectively complete the various task targets set by the company.
7. Manage the team, and cultivate and reserve talents for the team.
Job Requirements
1. Hong Kong local, familiar with Hong Kong, understand Hong Kong, live in Hong Kong.
2. Have good communication and coordination skills, be patient and meticulous, and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
3. Have strong learning and adaptation abilities, and be able to adapt to a multitasking and fast-paced work environment.
4. Those who have experience in mobile electronic device repair, second-hand electronic product purchasing, second-hand electronic product recycling, mobile phone technicians and import and export trade are preferred.
5. Stress resistance: Adapt to high-stress work, be able to accept short-term business trips or frequent customer visits.
Job Description
1．Locate mobile phone resources locally in Hong Kong, including shops, market stalls, mobile phone transit stations, etc. Promote company services, negotiate and communicate with clients to secure partnerships.
2．Conduct cold visits to second-hand mobile phone stores, recycling merchants, and wholesale markets across major districts in Hong Kong.
3．Collect client needs, provide feedback to the company, and assist clients in resolving technical issues.
4．Maintain existing clients and develop new clients, including regular on-site visits.
5．Track data verification tasks to ensure timely payments to clients.
6．Regularly gather industry intelligence and effectively achieve company-defined targets.
7．Manage teams and cultivate talent reserves.
Job Requirements
8．Hong Kong local resident with thorough familiarity of Hong Kong; must currently reside in Hong Kong.
9．Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous, patient, responsible, and team-oriented.
10．High learning ability and adaptability; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11．Experience in mobile electronic device repair / second-hand electronics buyer/ second-hand electronics recycling /mobile phone technician /import & export trade is a plus.
12．Resilience under pressure: Adaptable to high-intensity work, willing to accept short-term business trips or frequent client visits.
