Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of office administration including guest relation, incoming calls, office supplies, daily mailing, daily courier coordination, office facilities repair & maintenance, air ticketing and hotel reservation;
  • Liaise with vendors for related issues of office assets, contract renewal and telecommunications;
  • Coordinate the procurement of operational materials and price negotiation with suppliers;
  • Monitor and administer all the bills and invoices in administrative affairs;
  • Maintain the inventory stock of office supplies and prepare regular report update;
  • Research for market information of office equipment and supplies;
  • Monitor the out-sourced office cleaning service to ensure the quality;
  • Review and update the attendance report, access control system and leave management;
  • Assist in recruitment process and arrange interview schedules;
  • Support in organizing company events, Christmas party, Annual Dinner and staff activities;
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when required.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma Holder or above in business administration or related disciplines;
  • 3-4 year working experience in HR and Admin functions;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Experienced working in financial industry will be an advantage;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
