<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We areseekinga motivated and detail-oriented<strong>Associate IT Project Manager</strong>to support the delivery of infrastructure and systems projects across commercial and corporate environments in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational project management experience who are ready to grow into a leadership role while supporting technical execution and client engagement.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>- Project Coordination & Technical Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Assistin managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for IT infrastructure projects</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors</li></ul><ul><li>Support technical compliance with client requirements and industry standards</li></ul><ul><li>Review vendor proposals andassistin risk mitigation</li></ul><ul><li>Maintainaccuratedocumentation of project milestones and materials</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>- Pre-Sales Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with sales and technical teams to scope IT project requirements</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in client meetings andassistin presenting IT solutions</li></ul><ul><li>Help prepare project estimates, schedules, and resource plans</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to bid documentation and technical write-ups</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>- Communication & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare project documentation using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular updates and reports to the project team and management</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure project coordination or support</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI or Prince2</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to technical domains such as:</li></ul><ul><li>Structured Cabling, Racks</li></ul><ul><li>Data & Telephony Networks</li></ul><ul><li>Server Room Design</li></ul><ul><li>IT Security and Compliance</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Language Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li></ul><ul><li>Cantoneseproficiencypreferred for local client engagement</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communicationand interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational habits</li></ul><ul><li>Team player with a proactive attitude</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to learn and grow into a full PM role</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of producing clear documentation and reports</li></ul>
