Familiar with Autocad, Sketch up. Or understand 3D max, VR360 is better. Hong Kong resident, work from home can be negotiated.<br>Position: Interior Design Draftsman<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>The Interior Design Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models that bring interior design concepts to life. Specific responsibilities include:<br>Producing accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring all specifications and dimensions are correctly represented<br>Developing 3D visualizations with SketchUp to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders<br>Collaborating closely with the design team to translate conceptual sketches into technical drawings<br>Maintaining project documentation and revisions throughout the design process<br>Assisting in preparing presentations materials that showcase the design proposals<br><br>Job Requirements:<br>Applicants must possess a strong foundation in architectural drafting principles and practices. Essential qualifications include:<br>Proficiency in AutoCAD for generating precise technical drawings<br>Experience with SketchUp for creating compelling 3D models<br>Basic understanding of space planning and interior design principles<br>Attention to detail when working on complex drawings and documents<br>Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment<br><br>Preferred Skills:<br>Knowledge of 3DMax for advanced rendering capabilities would be advantageous<br>Experience with VR360 technology for immersive design presentations is considered a plus
