2. Job Responsibilities
· According to the design scheme drawings, CAD, photos or reference diagrams, complete SketchUp modeling (interior design direction, residential office, etc.).
· Use D5 for materials, lighting, rendering, and outputting images, creating 3D renderings, panoramas, and simple animations.
· Collaborate with designers to adjust models, perspectives, materials, and lighting, quickly modify images and iterate on solutions.
· Organize models, materials, and textures, and standardize file naming and archiving.
· Assist in completing color plan, simple facade effect processing.
3. Job Requirements
· Proficient in SketchUp (SU) and D5 renderers
· Master components, groups, and material specifications, ensuring that the model has a reasonable number of faces that do not cause delays or confusion
· Independent lighting, adjusting textures, setting up scenes, and rendering final images
· Will be able to read basic CAD drawings and build models from CAD floor plans and elevations
· Have experience in interior design, rendering, and landscape design
· Work seriously and carefully, with high output of drawings, and able to accept changes
· Have good aesthetics, basic judgment on color, proportion, and texture
4. Can provide Hong Kong labor visa quota
According to the Hong Kong Supplementary Labor Optimization Plan, suitable candidates for this position need to sign a contract with an input foreign labor intermediary for a period of two years, with a two-year renewal, and after obtaining a work visa from the Immigration Department, they must go to Hong Kong to work within two months. This is a full-time job, and you can apply for a Hong Kong (labor) resident identity card, enjoy Hong Kong labor law protection and resident medical benefits.
