Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of buildings in Hong Kong Island, including but not limited to water and electricity systems, air conditioning equipment, pipeline facilities, etc.
2. Independently complete emergency maintenance tasks to ensure that building facilities are operating normally and can quickly respond to sudden situations.
3. Regularly inspect the various facilities inside and outside the building, identify potential problems and report or handle them in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with the team to complete large-scale maintenance or reconstruction projects, providing professional advice and operational support.


Requirements:
1. At least have secondary six education, those with 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience will be given priority.
2. Fluent in Cantonese, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, able to communicate and record work items clearly.
3. Hold a safety card, familiar with construction safety standards, and have the ability to work independently.

5. Work attitude is serious and responsible, and can adapt to the long and short week shift system and the daily 9.5-hour work schedule.

Benefits:
1. Monthly salary range is $22,000 to $28,000, with specific salary depending on personal experience and qualifications. More experienced individuals may be considered for employment as senior technicians/engineering supervisors
