- Handling customer complaints and after-sales issues, maintaining brand reputation, and avoiding legal risks caused by service disputes.

- Supervise customer service standards to ensure professional pre- and post-treatment communication and care processes.

- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for medical aesthetics, marketing or management related fields.
- More than 5 years of operations management experience, with at least 3 years in medical aesthetics or related industries (such as high-end skincare, health management).
2. Professional skills and language ability
- Familiar with Hong Kong medical and beauty industry regulations and market dynamics (such as laser, injection-type project regulatory requirements).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, etc. office software, with basic data analysis skills.
- Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (MUST).
3. Core competencies
- Strong stress resistance, fast adaptation to high-speed work environment, and flexible response to sudden problems.
