Job Description

Technical Director

Have experience in building a billion-user platform, social, e-commerce, gaming, exchange, etc., leading technical teams, project planning, allocation and progress management, ensuring projects are completed on time and of high quality.
Responsible for technical development safety, office safety, operations and maintenance safety management, and construction safety management system construction.
Utilize AI and advanced tools, continuously monitor industry technology trends, evaluate the application potential of new technologies, and promote their implementation.

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, computer science, information technology or related fields are preferred.
Have at least 10 years of technical work experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
Proficient in multiple programming languages and technical architectures, with large-scale project technical decision-making capabilities.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental cooperation.
Have innovative thinking and strategic vision, and be able to lead the team to achieve technical breakthroughs.
