About the Role

We are looking for a driven Hardware Engineer to join our cutting-edge R&D team. In this role, you will design and optimize hardware systems for AI and IoT devices, focusing on AI chip integration, PCB layout, and ARM-based platforms. You will play a key part in bringing next-generation intelligent products from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize RF, analog, mixed-signal, and ASIC circuits for AI and IoT applications.

• Lead PCB schematic design and layout for custom evaluation boards, focusing on high-speed, high-performance systems.

• Develop and integrate hardware systems based on AI chips and ARM architectures.

• Build, test, and troubleshoot prototypes and hardware platforms.

• Collaborate closely with firmware, software, and product teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in PCB schematic capture and layout (Altium, Cadence, or similar EDA tools).

• Experience in system-level hardware design, particularly with AI processors/accelerators and ARM-based platforms (Cortex-A, Cortex-M, etc.).

• Solid understanding of RF, analog, and mixed-signal circuit design.

• Experience bringing hardware products from prototype to mass production is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communicator and team player with a passion for innovation.
