Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the on-site cooking and quality control of fried chicken, various snacks and rice balls, ensuring that the food is fresh, crispy and flavorful
- Accurately complete the external delivery order processing and issuance work according to customer orders, including system order recording, food packaging, labeling and handover to delivery personnel
- Collaborate with colleagues to support peak-hour order processing and respond appropriately to basic customer inquiries (such as pick-up time, menu items, etc.)
Work requirements
- Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities
- Handy and quick, with a sharp response, you can execute tasks stably under high pressure and multi-tasking environments
- Can be adjusted to meet scheduling needs, including holidays, evenings and night shifts, with at least 3 days per week
