Assistant Project Development Manager - Large conglomerate Group

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Report to the General Manager and oversee the execution and implementation of various business development projects across Hong Kong and internationally for our automobile business.</p></li><li><p>Regularly update on project status, highlighting any risks, delays, or challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, insights, and results to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Conduct feasibility studies to identify trends, patterns, and insights, exploring new business opportunities and supporting strategic business decisions.</p></li><li><p>Perform ad hoc assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in any discipline</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management with business analysis skills, preferably in the automobile industry</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Office 365 tools (e.g., Power BI) and data management systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel overseas as necessary; a driving license is a plus</p></li></ul>
