Junior BI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedJunior BI Developerto join our Business Solution Intelligence team. The successful candidate will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI solutions using platforms such as Tableau, FanRuan (FineReport/FineBI), and Power BI. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise-level data visualization, dashboard development, and BI system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

BI Development & Support

• Assist in designing and developing Tableau dashboards and Prep workflows under guidance from senior team members
• Support Tableau Server setup, migration, and maintenance activities
• Participate in troubleshooting and performance tuning of BI dashboards
• Contribute to documentation of BI solutions and workflows
• Provide basic end-user support and training for Tableau usage

FanRuan BI Implementation

• Assist in requirement gathering and analysis for FineReport and FineBI projects
• Support estimation of man-days and preparation of process flow proposals
• Participate in the design and deployment of FanRuan BI solutions

Power BI Migration Projects

• Support migration of existing Tableau and FanRuan dashboards to Power BI
• Assist in integration with StarRocks (Celerdata) OLAP database

StarRocks Integration Projects

• Help migrate Tableau dashboards to StarRocks OLAP infrastructure
• Assist in setting up new FanRuan BI environments on Celerdata

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or FanRuan (FineReport/FineBI)
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design
• Exposure to data integration and ETL concepts is a plus
• Experience with Excel and basic scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript) is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Internship or academic project experience in BI or data analytics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and OLAP databases (e.g., StarRocks, Celerdata) is a plus
