Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the daily administrative affairs of the handling center, including file sorting, data input, call transfer and mail reception, etc. basic support work.
Regularly inventory items, submit purchase applications based on demand and track delivery status.
Keep the center clean.
Promotion and advertising
- Manage social media (such as FB/IG) to post the latest discounts or activities
- Assist in designing simple short films

Work requirements

Have secondary school education or above, those with promotional or assistant-related internship or work experience are especially welcome.
Have basic document processing and creation abilities.
Have good Chinese reading and writing abilities, be clear and orderly, and be able to accurately understand instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; team spirit and basic communication and coordination skills.
Able to cooperate with the center's operating hours, with basic stress resistance and time management skills, and able to adapt to the multi-task processing rhythm.
