Job Description
<p>Job Responsibilities<br></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the planning, delivery and implementation of the full process of B-end international customer reception, ensuring that the reception work is efficient, professional and consistent with the company image, especially for a large number of overseas customers, English must be used as the main working language for communication and coordination. </p></li><li><p>Customize exclusive reception solutions for VIP customers, including itinerary planning, resource coordination, venue arrangement and special needs implementation, to ensure that the reception project effectively supports the achievement of the company's business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Handle daily customer reception needs, coordinate and arrange reception procedures, continuously follow up on customer feedback, implement customer satisfaction management, and continuously optimize service experience.</p></li><li><p>Flexible response to customers’ temporary change needs, with quick response and on-site crisis management capabilities, providing service quality beyond customer expectations.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Participate in the formulation and improvement of company administrative reception-related rules and standardized processes, and conduct regular training and guidance to related staff to enhance the overall reception professional level.</p></li><li><p>Assist in organizing and executing large-scale corporate reception activities, brand launches, market promotion activities and important meetings, providing full process support and on-site execution assurance.</p></li></ul><p><br><br> Work requirements<br></p><ul><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Data sensitivity, basic data analysis and statistical skills, and the ability to optimize reception processes and customer experiences through data feedback.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with business etiquette, public relations activities and high-end reception standards, those with hosting, explaining, meeting or hotel industry work experience are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with technology-related or internet enterprise reception or administrative support work experience are preferred for employment.</p></li><li><p>Have strong information acquisition abilities, pay attention to industry dynamics, and be able to combine trends to enhance the professionalism and innovation of reception work. </p></li></ul><p><br><br>Benefits<br></p><ul><li><p>Full-time position, working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, working five days a week, and enjoying statutory holidays and paid annual leave.</p></li><li><p>Working location is in Fuyong, Shenzhen, with convenient transportation and a superior office environment.</p></li></ul>
