<div><br></div><div>Operation Support Engineer</div><div><br></div>Position Responsibilities & Requirements<div>Responsibilities&Requirements) <br><br>1.*Customer technical service request handling and closure (Handling&Closure of Technical Service Requests): Familiar with Huawei Cloud's TSM maintenance tools (such as: CloudScope Pro system, OMIs, OSM), operation procedures, knowledge base and SLA requirements, efficiently handle, accurately upgrade, and track all types of customer technical service requests until the problem is finally closed. <br><br>2.*Cloud Platform Operation &Assurance (Cloudbase Operation &Assurance): <br>Able to be responsible for completing the daily operation and maintenance of the cloud platform (covering hardware, software and cloud services, etc. all related systems), ensuring the platform's safe, stable and efficient operation. <br>Core daily tasks include but are not limited to: <br>Active maintenance: System monitoring, regular inspections, health checks, change control plan development and implementation, configuration and resource management, security management (including security policy execution and hardening), backup and recovery management, and emergency response organization and execution. Response and resolution: Alarm processing, event handling, and upgrade management. <br><br><br>3. Technical Requirements: <br>Proficient in Huawei Cloud Platform: In-depth understanding of Huawei Cloud's overall architecture and services. <br>Core product expertise: * Proficient in Huawei Cloud database products (such as GaussDB), cCE (cloud container engine), ModelArts (AI development platform), etc. Key products and services. High-level problem-solving ability: Able to assist customers in diagnosing and solving complex technical problems (high-level problems) above products and actively summarize practical experience, continuously improve service quality, and continuously ensure and enhance customer satisfaction. <br><br>4. Language Requirements: <br>Working language: English and Chinese (* need to be fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese for work communication).
