IT&IS Support - Contractor

Job Title : IT Support SpecialistDepartment: ITLocation: On-site (covers retail shops, office, and event venues)

Core Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for retail shops, office staff, and on-site events (e.g., hardware/software troubleshooting, network connectivity, device setup).
• Maintain IT infrastructure across locations, including POS systems (retail), office computers, printers, and event-specific tech (projectors, Wi-Fi, laptops).
• Respond to IT issues promptly (in-person/remote) to minimize downtime for retail operations, office workflows, and events.
• Assist with event IT setup/teardown (e.g., temporary networks, device deployment) and on-site support during events.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and asset inventory for all covered locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably with retail or multi-location environment exposure.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS, Office 365, network basics, and common hardware/software.
• Ability to travel between retail shops, office, and event venues as needed.
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset to support non-technical staff.
• Flexible schedule (occasional weekend/event support may be required).
