Position: Financial Accounting/Finance & Accounting Officer
(1)Full financial management: independently handle monthly and annual settlements, tax declarations and statutory audits to ensure 100% compliance.

(2)Cost and budget control: Analyze data center operating costs (such as electricity and maintenance) and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

(3) Management authorization clause: According to the company's business needs, complete other related financial or administrative special tasks assigned by the management layer.

(5) Prepare general ledger, monthly statements, and reports using accounting entries
Prepare accounting entries for the general ledger, month-end closing, and reporting
(6)Prepare monthly management accounts (using a specified format), and submit them to the headquarters within the specified period

Prepare balance sheet and P&L schedules, perform reconciliations, and follow up on any unusual items
(8)Closely cooperate with other business departments to provide accounting advice

(1) Accounting, finance or business-related science degree, 3 to 5 years of experience, familiar with Hong Kong financial reporting standards (HKFRS)
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a business-related discipline ; 3-5 years』 experience; well-versed in HKFRS.
Meticulous, stable, and highly responsible for data accuracy.
(3) Active, independent, and persistent, able to complete tasks under pressure

(4) Have a solid understanding of accounting software; familiar with MS Excel/Word
Strong knowledge of accounting software; proficiency in MS Excel/Word,

(6) Have experience in supervising and guiding junior employees

(7) English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) writing and speaking skills are good

(8) Priority will be given to immediate availability

3. Work location/Location: Finance, HR, and Admin roles are based in the island Central Business District (near MTR);
4. Probation & Notice: The first 3 months are the probation period. After the probation period, there is a 1-month notice period).
