Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the maintenance and preservation of various equipment in the restaurant, including but not limited to water smoke hood, power system, drainage facilities, etc., ensuring their normal operation.
2. Organize and lead the maintenance team to complete daily maintenance tasks, develop reasonable work plans and shift schedules, and improve team efficiency.
3. Quickly diagnose and resolve sudden failures to minimize downtime and ensure restaurant operations are not affected.
4. Regularly inspect restaurant facilities for safety, prevent potential risks, propose improvement suggestions and implement them.
5. Assist in managing repair-related file records, such as maintenance logs, equipment maintenance plans, and material purchase requirements.
Requirements:
1. Hold a certificate of electrical engineer A license, with rich electrical maintenance experience, familiar with various equipment operations and maintenance technologies in a restaurant environment.
2. Have good team management skills, be able to effectively allocate work and guide subordinates to complete tasks.
3. Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use office software (such as Excel, Word) to edit and organize data. (If you are unable to handle computer work, please apply for "Senior Repair Technician")
4. Work attitude is serious and responsible, with high patience and attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.
5. At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, those with management experience are preferred.
