<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Actively invite high-qualified editors and editorial board members, and establish good communication with them to ensure smooth signing;</p><p>2. Conduct new journal direction research, assist the editor-in-chief in defining the goals and submission scope of the new journal;</p><p>3. Responsible for journal development, completing the annual journal tasks set by the company, regularly checking the submission status of the journal, and ensuring high-quality and timely publication of each issue;</p><p>4. Assist the technical department in designing the cover and web pages of the new journal;</p><p></p><p>6. Supervise and follow up on journal market promotion, and do a good job of journal pre and post-market promotion;</p><p>7. Maintain journal customer relationships, including but not limited to editorial board relationships, author relationships, and reviewer relationships;</p><p>8. According to journal development and company community operation plan, establish scholars' communities in various fields/journals;</p><p>9.
