<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Actively invite high-qualified editors and editorial board members, and establish good communication with them to ensure smooth signing;</p><p>2. Conduct new journal direction research, assist the editor-in-chief in defining the goals and submission scope of the new journal;</p><p>3. Responsible for journal development, completing the annual journal tasks set by the company, regularly checking the submission status of the journal, and ensuring high-quality and timely publication of each issue;</p><p>4. Assist the technical department in designing the cover and web pages of the new journal;</p><p></p><p>6. Supervise and follow up on journal market promotion, and do a good job of journal pre and post-market promotion;</p><p>7. Maintain journal customer relationships, including but not limited to editorial board relationships, author relationships, and reviewer relationships;</p><p>8. According to journal development and company community operation plan, establish scholars' communities in various fields/journals;</p><p>9. Have a deep understanding of the academic journal publishing process and be able to handle related work independently.</p><p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Actively invite high-academic-qualified editors and editorial board members, and establish good communication relations with them to ensure smooth signing and continuous cooperation.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market and academic trend research in new journal fields, assist the editor-in-chief in clearly defining the journal's position, development goals and submission scope.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the overall operation and development of the journal, implementing the annual goals set by the company, regularly tracking submission volume, review progress and publication plans, and ensuring that each issue is published on time and of high quality.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the technical department to complete the cover design, web page interface planning and other visual presentation work of the new journal, and enhance the journal's brand image.</p></li><li><p>Strictly control the academic quality of manuscripts, optimize the review process, shorten the article processing cycle in line with the company's strategy, and improve publication efficiency.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Maintain good relations with core academic groups such as editors, authors, and reviewers, provide professional support and services, and enhance user stickiness.</p></li><li><p>Based on the needs of journal development and the overall community operation strategy of the company, build and manage scholars' communities in various academic fields, promote academic exchange and interaction.</p></li><li><p>Participate in journal team building, assist in cultivating newcomers, and enhance team professional ability and collaborative efficiency.</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have good team spirit, be able to quickly integrate into the collective, and effectively collaborate with colleagues from other departments.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to exchange professional and efficient with domestic and foreign experts and scholars.</p></li><li><p>Work seriously and responsibly, able to execute efficiently in a multitasking environment, and always maintain high-quality work output.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the academic journal publication process, including submission, peer review, editorial processing, and publication, and able to independently undertake related work.</p></li><li><p>Language ability requirements: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for written and oral communication.</p></li><li><p>Education background is not limited to academic qualifications, and those with relevant potential are welcome to apply; work experience is not limited, those with publishing or research background are given priority. </p></li><li><p>Can legally work in Hong Kong, accepting applicants with Hong Kong permanent residency, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other valid work permit.</p></li></ul><p> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Five-day work week, working Monday to Friday, with daily working hours from 09:00 to 18:00.</p></li><li><p>Monthly salary ranging from HK$15,000 to HK$20,000, with specific salary negotiable, providing generous compensation.</p></li></ul>
