Job Responsibilities:
•Sales of brand home appliances, mainly smart locks
•Different sales stalls in various shopping malls across the city
•Provide professional product advice, demonstrations and answers to customer inquiries
Entry Requirements:
• Secondary five education level (those who can start work immediately are preferred)
• More than 2 years of retail service experience
•Active and positive, responsible, punctual, and polite
•Have good communication and sales skills
•Able to speak fluent Cantonese, slightly understand English and basic Mandarin
•Working area: Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (depending on availability)

- Provide professional product advice, demonstration operations, and answer related questions for customers
- Actively communicate with customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily sales targets and support the team to meet the overall performance indicators
Work requirements:
- Have 2 years or more of retail or customer service-related work experience
- Outgoing and proactive personality, with a high sense of responsibility, punctuality, and polite attitude
- Have good communication skills and some sales techniques
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese, a little English, and basic Mandarin
