Job Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key target will be focusing on conduct bancassurance sales at the branches, and to achieve the assigned business targets with the branches.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and acquire new business to deepen business relationships with existing and potential clients in the identified market segment.

• Proactively enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business targets.

• Support relationship managers to improve selling skills, to manage and resolve their customer portfolios.

• Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies with branch managers/district managers for enhancing branch networks to achieve business targets.

• Enrich the relationships with clients and providing professional wealth management services to the high-net-worth clients.

• Deliver a tailor-made advice and reviews to clients on a regular basis with after-sales services.

• Achieve sales targets for the retail banks on the bancassurance products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline with passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in insurance or banking industry, with proven track record in selling bancassurance products.

• Excellent customer services skills with clients and relationship building skills with branch staff.

• Willing to work in bank branches environment.

• Excellent time management.

• Cheerful personality and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
