Lead supplier full life cycle management, including development evaluation, performance evaluation, relationship maintenance and replacement optimization, to ensure supply chain stability and quality reliability.
Lead cross-departmental cost negotiation projects, using market analysis, bidding and pricing, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluation tools to continuously reduce procurement expenses and improve cost-effectiveness.
Collaborative warehousing and logistics team optimize inventory levels and turnover efficiency, promote safety stock setting, obsolete material control and logistics path simplification, reduce working capital and operating costs.
Draft, review and manage various procurement contracts, ensure that the terms comply with regulatory requirements and the company's risk management policy, and regularly inspect contract performance and renewal feasibility.
Work requirements
Have basic purchasing, supply chain or business-related work experience, welcome potential newcomers; those with no experience can also apply, the company provides systematic training and functional development support.
Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate and negotiate effectively in Mandarin; Have basic writing skills, able to write purchase documents, meeting minutes and supplier correspondence.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and common office software, able to use electronic spreadsheets for data processing, report creation and simple analysis.
Responsibility and attention to detail, able to handle multiple procurement tasks and contract details, and deliver results within the deadline.
Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or have been approved for the High Talent Pass, the Outstanding Talent Pass, the IANG, the Dependents' Visa or other valid Hong Kong work permit.
