Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. AI algorithm development:
· Research and develop artificial intelligence algorithms for power energy storage systems, including but not limited to deep learning, reinforcement learning, and transfer learning, etc.
· Explore the application of AI in energy storage system state prediction, fault diagnosis and energy efficiency optimization, etc.
2. Intelligent energy storage system design:
· Design and implement AI-based energy storage control strategy to improve system response speed and operating efficiency in complex grid environments.
· Develop a data-driven energy storage system management platform, realizing real-time monitoring and adaptive control.
3. Big data analysis and modeling:
· Use multi-source data (such as power grid operation data, meteorological data, user load data) to build a digital twin model of the energy storage system.
· Extract data value through machine learning methods, optimize energy storage configuration and scheduling strategy.
4. Cross-domain collaboration:
· Work closely with electrical engineers, software development teams, and product managers to push AI technology into practical applications.
· Participate in the full life cycle development of energy storage projects, from technical research to product implementation.
5. Frontier technology exploration:
· Track international frontiers in artificial intelligence and energy storage, and explore the integration and innovation of emerging technologies in the energy industry.

Requirements:
1. Education and major:
· Have a master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, electrical engineering, control science and engineering, etc.
2. Technical skills:
· Proficient in machine learning and deep learning theory, familiar with common frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
· Have solid skills in data analysis and modeling, and be familiar with Python and the data science tool chain.
· Those with experience in power system modeling (such as DigSILENT, PSS/E, etc.) or energy storage system analysis are preferred.
3. Experience requirements:
· Have AI application research or project experience in the power system, energy storage or renewable energy field.
· Published high-level academic papers or those with relevant patents are preferred.
· Applicants with large-scale data analysis and AI system development experience are preferred.
4. Skills and qualities:
· Have excellent logical thinking and innovation abilities, and be able to independently solve complex technical problems.
· Good team spirit and interdisciplinary communication skills.
· Have strong interest and sense of mission in the intelligent development of the energy industry.
5. Language requirements:
· Fluent English and Mandarin, those who are able to communicate in Cantonese are preferred.
