react development engineer

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of Web front-end products, ensuring high performance, high availability and good user experience. </p><p>2. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers and backend engineers to complete product feature iterations and project delivery.</p><p>3. Optimize front-end technical architecture, improve code maintainability, scalability and performance (such as loading speed, rendering efficiency, etc.).</p><p>4. Solve compatibility issues to ensure stable operation of the product on multiple browsers and devices (PC/mobile).</p><p>5. Write technical documentation, participate in code review, and push team technical standards to the ground.</p><p>6. Follow front-end technology trends, explore new technologies (such as micro-frontends, PWA, WebAssembly, etc.) and push them to the ground. </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Technical skills</p><p> 1.1 Core skills:</p><p> - Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript(ES6+), familiar with responsive/mobile adaptation.</p><p></p><p> - Next.js (need to be familiar with SSR/SSG, route optimization, API Routes)</p><p> - Umi.js (familiar with plugin mechanism, data flow, micro-frontend integration)</p><p> - Familiar with state management libraries (Redux/Redux-saga).</p><p> - Familiar with front-end engineering: Webpack/Gulp/Babel.</p><p> 1.2 Advanced abilities:</p><p> - Master performance optimization (lazy loading/CDN/caching/server-side rendering solutions).</p><p> - Familiar with network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), security protection (XSS/CSRF).</p><p> - Proficient in using TypeScript to develop high-quality applications.</p><p> - Familiar with Node.js basics, able to independently debug interfaces.</p><p> 1.3 Bonus:</p><p> - Have Nodejs or Next.js full-stack development experience.</p><p> - Have Tradingview chart development experience.</p><p>2. Engineering literacy</p><p> - More than 5 years of front-end experience, able to independently responsible for module development and optimization.</p><p> - Have code design skills, prioritize maintainability and performance.</p><p> - Actively technical research, with in-depth practice of React server-side rendering framework.</p><p>3. Soft skills</p><p> - High efficiency cross-team collaboration, responsible for technical decisions.</p><p>Need to have a Hong Kong identity or hold a work visa.</p>
