If you love brainstorming, staying on top of the latest social media trends, and connecting with people, this role is perfect for you. We need your creativity to conceptualize brand campaigns. However, an excellent marketer doesn't just rely on wild ideas—you will also occasionally assist in compiling data reports to prove how well your ideas work with real data! Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Ideation & Content Creation (Core Focus) • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop engaging PR campaigns, social media interactive concepts, and event ideas for various brand clients. • Assist in drafting compelling social media copy and press releases. 2. KOL & Media Engagement • Discover the latest, most promising, or interesting KOLs and YouTubers, and recommend suitable partnership candidates for clients. • Liaise with KOLs and media, build strong relationships, and follow up on collaboration progress (e.g., schedule coordination, asset collection, and content approval). 3. Trend Spotting & Monitoring • Stay ahead of the curve: closely monitor daily trends on Instagram, Threads, Xiaohongshu, and internet buzz, translating them into actionable Marketing Insights for the team. • Competitor monitoring: keep an eye on market and competitor promotional activities, collecting interesting case studies as references for the team. 4. Reporting & Analytics (Support Role) • Ideas backed by data: assist in consolidating KOL posting screenshots, media clippings, and social media data upon campaign completion. • Assist in calculating Media Value and Engagement Rates, preparing clear and concise Excel/PPT performance reports to identify key success factors. Requirements • Degree holder (Fresh graduates are highly welcomed; majoring in Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred). • Creative & Proactive: An agile, out-of-the-box thinker who refuses to settle for traditional, boring promotional tactics. • Heavy Social Media User: Familiar with the algorithms and mechanisms of major social media platforms, knowing exactly what netizens want to see. • Flexible Team Player: Enjoys the thrill of brainstorming but doesn't mind settling down to assist with data and reporting tasks. • Excellent bilingual copywriting and storytelling skills (English & Chinese). • Proficient in basic MS Excel and PowerPoint operations (knowledge of Canva for simple layout and photo editing is a plus).
