Shipping/Logistic Officer (trading)

AN European kids products buying office , they are looking for

Requirements

• Prefer high diploma in Business Admin or Logistic
• Min. 2 years’ experience in shipping/logistics/admin (export documentation focus)
• Skilled in preparing full set of I/E shipping documents
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel ; ERP/logistics system experience a plus

Responsiilities

• Prepare and process export documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/L, C/O, et
• Coordinate shipments with forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and sales/ops teams
• Provide admin support (correspondence, filing, data entry, office supplies, meetings)
• Maintain organized filing system for shipping/trade/admin documents
• Handle communication in English & Chinese with partners, suppliers, clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations

Doubel pay , over 16 days of Annual leave, banking holiday etc
