Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for welcoming and receiving guests, guiding them to their seats and providing basic dining services
Follow standard procedures for taking orders, serving food, and table inspections to ensure quality service
Keep the restaurant floor clean, including table cleaning, floor sweeping, and dish placement
Assist with completing pre-opening and post-closing preparation and cleaning work
Support the team in executing daily operations tasks to enhance customers’ dining experience

Work requirements

Have basic floor service or food and beverage experience, and prefer shift workers
Attitude warm and polite, with good communication skills and service awareness
Hard-working and solid, able to adapt to the work rhythm of peak hours
Understand basic table manners and sanitation rules, and pay attention to personal grooming
Can be flexible with shift work, including evening, weekend and holiday attendance
