We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, cultivate an engaged wellness community, and drive measurable growth across all social platforms. This role bridges content creation, community management, and performance marketing to establish Auraecell as an authority in integrative wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Auraecell's BRT (Bio-Resonance Therapy) services, TCM offerings, supplement lines, and flower essence therapies
Build and elevate the founder's personal brand/IP through storytelling, thought leadership content, and expert positioning
Create content pillars that balance educational health content, product storytelling, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes practitioner expertise
Platform Management
Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat, and emerging platforms relevant to wellness audiences
Adapt content formats for each platform's unique algorithm and user behavior
Monitor platform trends, wellness industry conversations, and competitor activity
Community Building & Membership
Design and implement strategies to convert followers into community members and loyal clients
Support the development of Auraecell's membership program through exclusive content, member-only groups, and loyalty initiatives
Foster two-way engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and facilitate user-generated content campaigns
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute product launch campaigns for supplement lines and new service offerings
Collaborate with TCM practitioners, aromatherapists, and nutrition experts to create credible, compliant health content
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Manager on promotional calendars, discount tiers, and MOQ campaigns
Performance & Analytics
Track KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, conversion to consultations/product sales, cost per acquisition
Provide weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights to optimize content strategy
A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging approaches
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Nutrition Science, Kinesiology, or related wellness field.
3+ years social media management experience, preferably in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or health sectors
Proven track record growing brand accounts (10K+ to 100K+ followers) and driving commercial outcomes
Native-level proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English
Strong understanding of Hong Kong/Mainland China wellness market and consumer behavior
Experience with creator/influencer collaboration and micro-influencer program management
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, basic photo/video editing)
Preferred:
Background in TCM, nutrition, aromatherapy, or holistic health (or demonstrated ability to learn complex wellness concepts quickly)
Experience building founder IP or personal branding campaigns
Familiarity with CRM and client management systems for wellness businesses
Understanding of health advertising regulations and compliance in Hong Kong/China markets
What Success Looks Like
Month 1: Audit current presence, establish content calendar and develop social media strategy
Month 2- 6 Achieve 30% month on month growth of member and follower growth, establish consistent engagement rate above industry benchmark, launch first membership/community initiative
Month 7-12: Drive measurable revenue attribution from social channels (consultation bookings, supplement sales), establish Auraecell as a recognized voice in integrative wellness
