Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for using the MYOB system to perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial data is accurate and error-free
Handle various types of income and expenditure accounts, including invoices, payment orders, receipts, etc. related documents
Execute accounts receivable and payable management, regularly reconcile customer and supplier account balances
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely and complete archiving of financial information

Work requirements

Have basic accounting knowledge, familiar with accounting principles and financial processes
Proficient in operating MYOB accounting software, those with actual input experience are preferred
Careful and responsible, able to accurately process large amounts of numerical data and meet deadlines
Have good communication skills, and be able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and external units
Secondary school education or above, those with accounting-related certificates or experience are especially welcome
